Don't worry that you can't be without your favorite product if you no longer find it listed -
we do offer custom work to recreate them with ridiculously low minimums (4 soaps for custom scents and so on). Just ask and we'll be happy to
work with you.
Free Shipping:
Applies to orders over $50.00 that are shipped within the United
States using our standard shipping method. Other requested methods of shipment will incur
extra cost for the customer. (Note: Free shipping does not apply to wholesale orders)
Shipping Charges:
Within the United States, we ship via US Mail using their Priority Mail service. This means that the item will be at your door 2-3 days after we ship (not including Sundays). If you have provided us with an email address, you will be notified of a tracking number so you can track the item at the US Mail website. For orders over $50.00, we offer free shipping by a method of our choice. For Canadian orders, we ship via US Mail using the Airmail Parcel Post service. Please contact us for information on shipping to other International areas.
Payment:
Within the United States and Canada, we accept Visa,
MasterCard and checks (please note that checks extend the shipping time up to 15 days as we must
wait for the check to clear our bank). International orders require a bank wire
transfer ~ please contact us for more information.
Free Samples:
We ship free soap samples with each order. If you would like
to have a sample of a certain soap, please note that in the comments section of our shopping cart
and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note that we do not ship free samples without purchase.
Pick Up:
We are a home-based business and are unable to entertain drop-in shopping or pick-up at our location.
Lead Time:
As many of our products are assembled as ordered, please allow 2-3
business days for the order to ship.
Back Orders:
You will be notified of a back order by either email or
telephone. At that time, you will be given an option of substituting for a different item or
placing the item on back order to ship as soon as it becomes available. Please note that
additional shipping charges may occur if you place the item on back order.
Return Policy
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return any item, please contact us. We will, within reason, replace your item for another or issue store credit. Shipping costs are not refundable.
